Warcraft 2 Bio
Main WC2 Username | BiZaTcH |
---|---|
Other Usernames | Custard_Pie, Destroy, CoCa1Ne, lVlaNiaClVl, MagesRule, HighTide23, and probably some more that I can't think of |
Began Playing | The Summer of '97 |
Quit Playing | I stopped playing seriously a couple weeks before Warcraft III came out |
Map / Speed / Resource Preference | I played them all, but I used to be best on the little rush maps. I had a few nice unit control tricks I would pull, and I had a few really good build orders. Now, I will go on and play mainly Garden of War/High/Even Faster, just because it's the most fun and "strategical". |
Favorite Unit | Probably the Mage. I had a lot of fun playing Humans and just pissing the crap out of my opponent. |
Clans You've Belonged To | LOTS...AFH (Avengers From Heaven) - an old Engage clan was my first. Then on Zone I made LOC (League of Champions), the Pie Clan (we were all smurfs), DruGeeZ, Absolute Synergy, and Dragons of Azeroth (DA), Splintered Orc Clan. I was probably in a few more, but that's all I can think of. |
Accomplishments | I was #1 on IGL Teams on Zone 3 times. I captained a team that took #1 and went 28-0 on Zone (Pyscho and Drunk, made up of Mephyst, Myself, Vertex, Drider, Ut and Whipboy), was #3 on the Ironman Ladder without cheating/dodging/hacking, and I got to #7 on Kali IGL with a record of 12-0. Also, I've been part of numerous IGL teams that have taken the #1 spot. |
Favorite Allies | I enjoyed allying Vertex on Zone (he had some other names) probably the most. BlizZz was a great ally on Zone, too. We would take the #1 spot every mourning, only to have our team lose it every night on Zone. On Battle.net I had a great time allying Oddeye for awhile - we beat just about everybody. Besides them, I would get excited to ally anyone above my skill. Most of my friends from Zone weren't as good as me at that point, or our playing styles sucked together. |
Favorite Enemies | PCSPEAKER for little and SeZaR/Kez on Zone. Also, definitely GhostNuke on the Warcraft Occult Forums. |

Real Life Bio
Real Name | Justin M. |
---|---|
Birthday | May 23, 1986 |
Info About Yourself | I'm the type of person who really does a good job of having fun no matter what I do, without really making other people angry or anything. I could really care less what most people think of me, and so I manage to entertain myself pretty well. |
Location | Right outside Greensboro, North Carolina (in a place called Summerfield) |
Occupation | High School Student, Produce worker at Food Lion :P A couple of my friends and I are going to paint a kid's van and serve ice cream with it this summer (05/20/02). |
Life & Career Goals | I hope to eventually become a Lawyer, after doing something with Web Design in college. |
Musical preferences | Punk Rock is what I can truly get into. I can enjoy all kinds of music on certain occasions, though. Some bands I like are Millencolin, Blink182, Less Than Jake, The Ataris, Goldfinger and Boston. |
Favorite Political Party | Definitely the Reform Party, but I would vote Republican since Reform has no chance of ever making it. |
Hobbies | Besides gaming, I am into sports. I run Cross Country and Track, and play Lacrosse for my school. My Lacrosse team was #3 in North Carolina. |
Hottest LAY-dee (or fella!) | Carmen Electra, with Kathy Ireland coming in a close second. |
Quote | I said this awhile back on the War2 Forums as a joke when I was describing some computer problems I was having. People started taking it seriously, and I thought it was funny: "I think I deleted my RAM or something." |
Long Form Answers
Best skill?
Probably either Build Orders or Rushing 2 rax level 5 and getting lust pretty fast. The latter really helps me out in team games when I'm allying someone who powers or something of the sort.
Worst “skill”?
I would definitely have to go with "hand-mouse-coordination". Mine is so awful that I will end up with 40k Gold and just not be able to spend it at all because I am trying to control my 9 Ogres. I can't multi-task for shit - doing 1 thing at a time works for me. I blame this partly on my mood during the time I play. I usually am layed back and don't care enough to do much more.
If you could change one thing about War2 what would it be?
It would be something related to not being able to find a game sooner. That hurt War2 the most, in my opinion. For Warcraft III, even in the BETA, I can find a game in about 5 seconds.
Favorite strategy?
I liked to do weird stuff a lot. I had probably the most fun doing a 3 Hall, but I would usually rush. The best build order I had come up with in my career is definately my "9 o'clock ultimate strategy". It's a 14 man level 5 Grunt rush that gets lust with 3 barracks about as fast as a dual.
Anything you regret?
Not getting Kali sooner. In my opinion, the best way to really get good is to play with the best. That didn't start happening for me till the middle of my BNE career. I would have definitely been happy to start a good clan as well. Also, ever hacking.
Confessions
I used PiXIE for about a week on Zone, and it made me suck horribly. I lost to Blitzen because I tried so hard to hide that I was PiXIE hacking that it messed me up horribly. I regret doing that, and my excuse will be that I was immature. I hacked on BNE for about 3 games with the map hack, but only played people that I felt map hacked as well. I regret that, also. I don't have any plans to do this again.
Thoughts on debatable issues
Fastest pretty much ruined War2 BNE. It took about 3/4 of the players that would have been playing Even Faster, and it totally split the community. You can't micromanage your units AT ALL in Fastest - it's hard enough in Even Faster. I don't mind playing Garden of War every game, solely because it is a great map where each game is different. I learned the other maps to be "well-rounded" I guess.
Most memorable games/times?
I really loved taking #1 for Teams every day on Zone. The singles ladder involved so much dodging that it was hardly fun. BNE was overall pretty fun, and trying new strategies always was fun. Playing Falkentyne where he involved the first rush was a lot of fun - it involved 2 hour games where every move was very important. Playing Humans where I was able to get something going was also a whole lot of fun.
What makes you memorable?
I think that I am the type of person who chooses to be a leader, regardless of how good I am at it. I love making web pages, and have made about 4 for Warcraft:
DruGeeZ Site http://drugeezzz.hypermart.net/
Zone Tournament Club http://www.ztc.8m.com/
BlizzCraft http://www.blizz-craft.com/
and I made a Zone one that was really good looking, but it is now down I believe.
Who was the best of all time?
The best of all time, in my opinion, is someone who, in his prime, can beat anyone else in their prime over 50% of the time. The older War2 players, thus, aren't considered by me as good in general. I would say that Ash would be the best of all time. I think that it comes from smart choices, VERY good "hand-mouse coordination" and smart unit control.
One other player that stands out as the best of his time would be Valkrie, which is probably because of his amazing resource management. I thought for awhile that he hacked, granted I know that if he didn't, he was an amazing player. After talking to him for awhile, I am fully convinced he never hacked. Another person to note would have to be Tillerman, who dominated during his time (not to mention he had a strat called the "8 Peon order" - how can you beat that?).
Describe your “career” from start to finish.
I started on Engage, soon joining the clan AFH (Avengers from Heaven). Eventually I get tired of paying $30 for around 3 hours of gaming, and so I moved to Zone after taking a break for a bit. I started playing really seriously, and I made the clan LOC (League of Champions). I soon quit that team because I relized I was by far the best on the team, and I was allying a bunch of people worse than me. I then had a period where I learned a bit, including non-GOW maps.
I made the name lVlaNiaClVl after a bit, and I played a little bit on Kali. I got to #1 on both the singles and teams ladder under that name, through playing many odd maps. I started getting into web pages, and soon had the name BiZaTcH, which I got to the #1 spot on Zone twice more, and was on a couple dominant teams. I took a break then, not using the computer at all till BNE had been out for about 3 months. The first month on BNE I couldn't even find anybody, and joined some really crappy clan.
Soon I caught up with a bunch of my old friends from Zone, and played a bit with better Kali people. I got good really fast, and soon was competing with some of the best players for the first time. I played the Iron Man ladder a bit, getting to #3 after a ton of people had dodged/hacked/disconnected. I gamed a lot after that, but nothing really happened besides me joining AS (Absolute Synergy). I made Blizz-Craft, and started War3 after that.
